Snap & Train ("we", "our", "us") provides an AI-powered fitness program generator. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1) What we collect

A) Account information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect:

  • Email address
  • Authentication identifiers (user ID, session tokens)
  • If you sign in with Google, we may receive basic profile info (such as your email and a profile name/photo depending on your Google settings)

B) Photos you upload

To generate your training program, you may upload two full-body photos (front and back). These photos are stored securely and used to generate your results.

C) Onboarding answers

We store the information you provide during onboarding (for example, training goals, experience level, preferences) to personalize your plan.

D) Generated results

We store your generated workout plan and related outputs linked to your account so you can access them later.

E) Basic technical data

We may collect limited technical information necessary for security and performance (for example, device/browser info, IP address, and error logs). We do not sell this data.

2) How we use your data

We use your data to:

  • Create and manage your account
  • Upload and store your photos
  • Generate your personalized training program
  • Display your results and support your app experience
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues

3) AI processing

Your uploaded photos and onboarding answers may be processed to generate your training program. We only use this data for providing the service.

Important: Snap & Train provides fitness guidance, not medical advice. Results are estimates and should not be treated as a medical diagnosis.

4) Where your data is stored

We use Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) to store user accounts, onboarding answers, generated programs, and uploaded photos.

5) Data retention

  • Account and onboarding data are kept until you delete your account.
  • Uploaded photos and generated programs may be retained so you can access your results later.
  • You can request deletion at any time (see "Your rights" below).

6) Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data.

We may share data only:

  • With service providers needed to operate the app (for example, authentication and storage)
  • If required by law or to protect our rights and users

7) Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, including secure authentication and controlled access to stored files. No online service can guarantee 100% security, but we work to reduce risk.

8) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access your data
  • Correct your data
  • Request deletion of your data

9) Children's privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
